Your results depend on your active participation, commitment, and timely completion of agreed actions. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or booking, and to engage respectfully and professionally with coaches and other participants.4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule while preserving eligibility for refund or credit, provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund, except in genuine emergencies (e.g., medical or technical failures) or where required by law. The detailed process and timelines frequirement to submit requests via email to or requesting a refund or raising a concern are set out in the Refund Policy (including the admin@koachingthegap.com within 7 days of the original session date and our 14‑business‑day timeframe for approved refunds).5. Fees, Payments, and Third‑Party Payment Providers

Where payments are processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Square; optional Afterpay), your use of those methods is subject to their applicable terms (including Square General Terms and Payment Terms, Square’s Direct Debit Request Service Agreement for any direct debit, and Afterpay Merchant terms). We do not control those providers’ policies.6. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
